- As a Front Office Conduct & Surveillance Data Analyst Trainee, you will play a key role in helping us monitor and analyze data to prevent breaches of market integrity, protect client interests, and uphold professional ethics. You will work closely with our local and global management team to provide data-driven insights and support ad-hoc requests, using technical tools to search, filter, and analyze large datasets. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your analytical and quantitative skills, work with cutting-edge technology, and contribute to the design and implementation of monitoring procedures to identify potential conduct risk scenarios. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about using data analytics to drive compliance and risk management, and you will have the chance to learn and grow with our team
- Support FOCS management globally with ad-hoc requests (reporting, regulatory, etc.);
- Use and deploy technical tools which can search data bases/sources/warehouses at several levels, filter unwanted information and display the results concisely, clean for subsequent analysis;
- Contribute to the design and production of timely Management Information for Senior Management;
- Assist in the development of automated tools for monitoring Global Markets Staff and performing customized data analytics;
- Contribute to the design, implementation and refinement of the monitoring procedures to more effectively identify actual or potential conduct risk scenarios;
- Ensure procedures are kept up to date and in line with Group level policies;
- Support the execution of governance committees and presentations;
- Assisting with the creation of reports and documentation for regulatory projects
- Bachelor's degree in STEM (e.g. Science, Finance, Engineering, Math);
- Analytical and quantitative skills:
- Ability to organize large data sets;
- Autonomy, proactivity, and reliability
- Team spirit, ability to work with others;
- Generally comfortable and adept at defining and using technology tools;
- Knowledge of Excel, Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI);
- Basic Programming skills (Python) or eager to learn;
- Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written form

- Commercial, Personal Banking & Services (CPBS), brings together all the Group’s commercial & personal banking and several specialised businesses;
