Business Analyst SQL (French Speaker)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong SQL skills to join the BPCE SI team working on Lease Applications.

📍 Hybrid model: 2 days/week in Porto

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and perform functional analysis.
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyse data.
• Map as-is/to-be processes and identify improvements.
• Support testing, QA and data validation.
• Create functional documentation in French.
• Provide functional support and communicate with French-speaking stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or Data-oriented Consultant.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills: joins, subqueries, filters and aggregations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and testing.
• French B2 minimum, written and spoken.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working with French-speaking stakeholders.
