🚀 SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist | Porto, Portugal

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist to join an international project based in Porto.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong expertise in Story Reporting who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders and turning complex HR data into meaningful reporting and analytics solutions.


What you'll do:

  • Design, develop and optimize SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions, with a strong focus on Story Reporting.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SuccessFactors reporting and analytics.
  • Build business-oriented reports, stories and dashboards across SuccessFactors modules.
  • Analyze existing reporting landscapes and support migrations from legacy solutions such as Ad Hoc, Canvas, Table Reports and ORD to Story Reporting.
  • Advise on reporting best practices, data models, permissions, performance optimization and data governance.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company's SuccessFactors reporting and analytics strategy.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Story Reporting.
  • Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors' reporting strategy and roadmap.
  • Experience developing complex reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
  • Good knowledge of legacy SuccessFactors reporting tools and architectures.
  • Understanding of data models, role-based permissions and calculated measures.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goals and Succession.
  • Exposure to modern analytics platforms such as SAP Business Data Cloud or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.
