Role: SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal

Required skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Specialist or similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Story Reporting.
• Experience designing and developing complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Good knowledge of legacy SuccessFactors reporting solutions, including Ad Hoc Reporting, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and ORD.
• Experience developing migration strategies from legacy reporting solutions to Story Reporting.
• Strong understanding of data models, role-based permissions, calculated measures, and data governance.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors processes across Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goal Management, and Succession Planning.
• Knowledge of SAP's reporting strategy and roadmap.
• Experience with reporting best practices, data modelling, permissions, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to modern analytics platforms, ideally SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or similar technologies.
• Ability to explain complex reporting concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• German language skills are considered an advantage.
