What You'll Do
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across PWI Operations.
- Architect and develop Business Unit reporting, dashboards, and data solutions using Power BI, Databricks, and Microsoft technologies.
- Own production support, lifecycle management, issue resolution, access management, documentation, and enhancement planning for business critical PWI Operations digital tools, dashboards, workflows, and reporting assets.
- Partner with operations, planning, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to streamline processes and improve business outcomes.
- Advance AI readiness and deploy practical AI-enabled solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and mentor while leading high-impact projects from concept through implementation.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, partner with IT and data platform teams, secure required access and approvals, and guide solutions from concept through launch and support.
- Establish and maintain governance standards for operational data, reporting assets, KPI definitions, security, documentation, and solution lifecycle management.
- Support, maintain, and improve operational tools used across PWI Operations, including SharePoint-based tools, PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, and related business process platforms.
- Ensure continuity of business-critical systems that support PWI functional areas, hardware planning, procurement, logistics, change management, product data management, spare parts management, install planning, and upgrade planning.
- Lead issue triage, escalation, recovery planning, and stakeholder communication during system disruptions or business continuity events.
- Maintain and evolve system documentation, data dictionaries, access instructions, governance practices, and support processes for productionized tools and reports.
- Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities that streamline PWI Operations processes, reduce manual work, and improve execution speed and quality.
- Evaluate alternatives to SharePoint and recommend scalable, secure, and integrated platform solutions aligned with PWI Operations’ long-term digital roadmap.
- Partner with business stakeholders to map current-state and future-state processes, define requirements, identify pain points, and recommend digital enablement solutions.
- Lead development of scalable data models, Power BI dashboards, and operational reporting capabilities that support executive reviews, functional metrics, and management decision-making.
- Integrate trusted data sources into analytics solutions, including Databricks, FDL, PO, inventory, master data, TRAX, Hawkeye, revenue, sales order, SNOW, and other operational datasets where approved and available.
- Establish and maintain standard KPI definitions, data models, refresh processes, supporting reports, and analytics review mechanisms that drive operational performance improvement.
- Lead data validation, data quality checks, metric logic review, regression testing, and stakeholder sign-off for production dashboards and operational reports.
- Design scalable data pipelines, reusable semantic models, automated refresh patterns, and governed data structures that support multiple dashboards, planning tools, and operational analytics products.
- Lead ongoing delivery and support of PWI Operations reporting assets, including executive dashboards, supporting reports, and functional analytics.
- Manage and mature reporting areas such as TLC and cost savings, consumables supply chain costs, inventory costs, recognition trends, NPI, AOS, hardware forecast accuracy, hardware and consumables availability, hardware logistics costs, Opex, change management, DDT/SSR trends, AI adoption, supplier OTD, logistics OTD, supplier spend, and PDM metrics.
- Design dashboards and data products that balance executive-level visibility with drill-through capability for functional owners.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize dashboard enhancements, clarify metric ownership, define data source readiness, and distinguish MVP delivery from longer-term transformation phases.
- Lead or support development of planning tools for hardware, consumables, allocation, forecast accuracy, availability, and other operational decision-support needs.
- Translate operational planning needs into data structures, model logic, dashboards, automation workflows, and repeatable reporting processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, engineering, and business operations stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure adoption.
- Document repeatable processes and provide training or enablement materials to ensure business users can sustain solutions after implementation.
- Identify practical AI and automation use cases that improve daily operational efficiency, accuracy, quality, and resource leverage.
- Advance AI-ready data practices by helping standardize, clean, label, structure, govern, and normalize operational datasets.
- Explore and pilot AI-enabled workflows, Copilot Studio/agent use cases, LLM-enabled automation, and AI-assisted process improvement where appropriate.
- Partner with operations stakeholders and AI champions to scale practical AI adoption, build knowledge-sharing mechanisms, and convert pilots into measurable business value.
- Lead engagement with the PWI business and operational community to identify opportunities, clarify requirements, prioritize work, and convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Own complex workstreams independently, including planning, requirements gathering, solution design, development coordination, testing, documentation, launch, and post-launch support.
- Provide technical guidance to junior analysts, contract workers, citizen developers, and business partners in Power BI, data modeling, Power Platform, automation, and data readiness.
- Support intake, backlog management, prioritization, and governance processes to ensure the team focuses on the highest-value operational work.
7-10 years of work experience, preferably in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.

Salary
The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
