💰 Salary: £35,000 – £42,500

📍 Location: Redruth, Cornwall

⏰ Hours: Full-time, Permanent

👤 Reports to: Marketing Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

✔️ Leading paid media strategy across The Dash Group’s B2B and B2C brands

✔️ Building, managing and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads.

✔️ Managing five- to six-figure monthly budgets against commercial targets including ROAS, CPA and lead quality

✔️ Using data, testing and experimentation to continually improve campaign performance and ROI

✔️ Managing conversion tracking, attribution and lead-quality analysis using GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM integrations

We're Looking For:

🔹 Proven experience managing and growing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta

🔹 Experience managing five- to six-figure monthly paid media budgets

🔹 Strong commercial awareness with a focus on measurable business outcomes and maximising ROAS

🔹 Highly analytical, with strong experience in tracking, reporting and attribution

🔹 A proactive and creative approach to testing, optimisation and problem-solving
