Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Electronic Care Systems Analyst, and being responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of clinical information reporting solutions, including:

  • Develop reports using Power BI
  • Supporting the ePCR database
  • The data flow into the database
  • SQL Server Reporting Services reports
  • Ad hoc reports
  • System access and permissions using the Supplier Admin Tool
  • Data and system use analysis

This post requires specialist technical knowledge and experience to support and maintain the development of clinical reports and reporting systems, which meet the requirements of the organisation.

Representation of the team, the department, directorate and the Trust at internal and external meetings, ensuring that strategic projects and processes are conducted with due consideration to clinical data

Engaging staff, senior Managers and Directors to identify and fix issues which affect the use and performance of Trust reports etc.

To work closely with the Clinical Information and Records Team, the new EPCR Project Working Group and the Data, Analytics and Insight Team to support the development and maintenance of clinical and other reporting, data and system use analysis and integrate legacy and new clinical data to ensure operational reporting remains uninterrupted

Responsibilities Include

Working with the Clinical Information and Records Team to introduce the new EPCR data and data pipelines

Integrate existing / legacy data with the new EPCR data

Support the transition from the legacy system reporting to new / combined

Creating and running appropriate tests

Peer review and support

Stakeholder engagement

Report development (inc. Power BI)

System UAT support, including system integration testing
