We're currently seeking a commercially-minded FP&A professional to join a high-performing finance team within a large, privately owned business experiencing exciting growth.

Our client is a well-established private business with a strong market presence, currently investing heavily in its finance capability. It's a build-and-own opportunity — you'll be shaping a new financial models from the ground up, with genuine scope to leave your mark rather than maintain someone else's spreadsheet.

The Role

As an FP&A Analyst, you'll play a key role in providing commercial insight and partnering with key business units and operations to drive performance. Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you'll be joining a young, energetic and switched-on team that's actively shaping new ways of working — this is a business-facing role well suited to someone with strong commercial experience gained within a privately owned business.

We're looking for a highly competent, commercially-minded Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst — this is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up into a Senior role within the next 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support
• Owning divisional analysis, cash flow reporting, and labour cost efficiency work
• Preparing and analysing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive profitability and growth
• Supporting senior leadership with commercial analysis and recommendations

About You

• CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
• Commercial experience gained within a privately owned or high-growth business is highly regarded
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Calm, methodical approach — comfortable building process where it doesn't yet exist
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
