Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Specialist located in Virginia Beach, VA. The Sales Specialist will work directly with clients to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and support the development of relationships with new and existing customers. Additional responsibilities include assisting in sales training, executing sales strategies, and contributing to effective sales management within the organization.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a results-driven approach to achieving targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall sales performance
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client needs effectively
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
