You will work closely with Beacon project leads, data architects, and client stakeholders to shape analytics requirements, build robust data models, and deliver insights that directly inform strategy and operations.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVES)
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for analysis and analytics data modeling
- Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience working with modern data transformation or orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, ADF, SSIS, Airflow)
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or advanced analytics tasks
- Experience operating within cloud data environments (AWS or Azure; Snowflake preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts
- Strong understanding of relational database principles and data modeling
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, marketing, or operational systems
- Comfort working with structured and semi-structured data sources
- Client-facing experience, including presenting insights to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality analytics outputs
Your Team Will
- Lead the development of analytics-ready datasets and metrics that serve as a single source of truth
- Analyze data from ERP, CRM, and other operational systems to answer complex business questions
- Write and maintain production-quality SQL to transform, validate, and analyze data
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools that support executive and operational decision-making
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate questions and hypotheses into structured analyses
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and communicate insights clearly
- Support and collaborate on data pipeline and transformation work alongside data engineers and analytics engineers
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and adherence to security best practices
