Looking for a hands-on Business Intelligence Engineer to drive portfolio-level analytics, reporting, and visualization across an IT organization.

Must Have:

  • Strong Power BI expertise — dashboards, reports, data modeling & visualization
  • Strong SQL & data analysis skills
  • Experience working with multiple data sources
  • Experience with financial data — budgets, forecasts, actuals, spend & variance
  • Understanding of IT project/product KPIs, delivery metrics, risks & portfolio health
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear leadership insights

Nice to Have: Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, PMO/Portfolio Analytics, Agile, reporting automation, and AI tools such as Copilot/ChatGPT.
