We are looking for a Performance Analyst who combines strong analytical skills with commercial thinking. You bring hands-on experience, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity about what drives business performance. In this role, you will help shape and drive the performance, effectiveness, and scalability of our global Loyalty initiatives.

THE ROLE
As a Performance Analyst, you will help us understand what drives performance across Circle K’s Global Loyalty and Digital initiatives and turn that understanding into actions that support business growth. Your work will involve detailed customer value analysis, profitability, KPI development and monitoring, customer segmentation, performance benchmarking, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). You will combine detailed analysis with a strong understanding of the commercial question behind it.
Success in this role requires balance. You need to be rigorous enough to ensure that the numbers are accurate and conclusions are reliable, while also being pragmatic and commercially minded enough to focus on what matters most to the business.
You will partner closely with colleagues across Digital, Loyalty, Data & Analytics (D&A), Finance, and other parts of the organization, to maintain alignment, help make better decisions and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed performance assessments across Loyalty initiatives, including KPI monitoring, performance benchmarking, customer value and profitability analysis.
- Drive and implement analytics to support Digital initiatives, aligning with Circle K’s strategic priorities.
- Partner with Digital, Analytics (D&A), Finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and translate analysis into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and propose new opportunities for customer segmentation and program improvement.
- Drive process improvements and performance measurement developments in collaboration with D&A and Digital teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with business minded.
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with BI, analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL).
- Comfortable using programming languages such as Python and PySpark to query, manipulate, and analyze data; experience working in Databricks (or similar cloud-based data platforms) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- You have a strong commercial mindset and are always looking for opportunities to strengthen our business
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical discipline such as Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data, retail media, digital advertising, or a related field.
