Job Description
General Functions:
Performs complex work; codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains applications/programs based on specifications provided. This is a senior level position in this career path.
Work is performed with under the general supervision of the IT Project Leader. Performance is reviewed through observations, conferences, reports and achievement of desired results.
Representative Duties/Assignments:
- Develops, enhances, installs, and tests computer software applications based on specifications. Writes complex structured query language (SQL) queries.
- Designs and develops moderately complex databases with assistance from technical leads.
- Performs moderately complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
- Analyses and troubleshoots application problems working with technical staff and customers.
- Analyses client's business needs and provides recommendations for automated solutions with assistance from technical leads.
- Monitors client systems for performance and efficiency.
- Communicates and interacts with customer contacts and functions as a liaison to increase efficiency and functionality of software applications.
- Provides on call support as needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Documents applications, technical specifications and user manuals.
- Maintains current technology expertise.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Preferences:
Technical experience necessary includes .net development, good customer service, and excellent oral / written communication skills.

Salary Information
Pay Grade: 020 - From $36.38 to $47.30
