Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent. One (1) year of research, analytics, assessment, higher education administration or related role collecting and analyzing data. Accurate proofreading and editing skills. Excellent telephone etiquette, written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, exercise discretion when working with confidential information, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Experience with student information systems such as Banner, Colleague, or PeopleSoft. Knowledge of accreditation standards, institutional effectiveness, and higher education reporting requirements. Moderate lifting up to 10 lbs. and moderate carrying up to 10 lbs. Ability to reach above shoulder. Periods of time spent sitting, standing, and walking. Manual dexterity sufficient to type.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of institutional research principles, assessment methodologies, and higher education metrics, data governance, and data quality practices. Ability to interpret software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python. Experience with SQL, relational databases, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
