Context

A leading enterprise is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its Innovation Lab. Following an internal promotion, this role has been created to bring additional seniority and analytical leadership to the team. You'll become the dedicated data partner for a business area, helping uncover opportunities, influence strategy and drive AI-powered innovation. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on owning analytical direction rather than people management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify trends, business opportunities and customer insights through data
• Analyse customer behaviour, journeys and root causes to support strategic decision-making
• Deliver AI Proof of Concepts and exploratory analytics to validate new ideas
• Build dashboards, semantic models and analytical frameworks using Power BI
• Partner closely with Product Managers, business leaders, Data Engineers and Data Scientists
• Drive long-term analytical initiatives and continuously improve decision-making across the business

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar analytical role
• Advanced SQL and strong Power BI experience, including DAX, semantic models, dataflows and report governance
• Strong Python skills for analytics, automation, statistical analysis and prototyping
• Experience with data modelling (star schema), data quality and scalable data products
• Experience analysing customer or behavioural data (retention, segmentation, customer journeys and funnels)
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (French is a bonus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI experimentation or Proof of Concepts
• Experience within digital products, customer analytics or other data-driven organisations
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related quantitative field
