🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Data Visualisation Specialist | Brussels

Are you a senior Data Visualisation / Data Analytics professional who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights?

We are looking for a Senior Data Visualisation Specialist to join a major banking environment in Brussels, working on impactful reporting, dashboarding and data visualisation initiatives.

📍 Location: Brussels | Hybrid

🎯 Experience: 6+ years in Data Analytics & Visualisation

🔎 Your responsibilities

You will:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and visualisation needs

• Translate requirements into prototypes and fully developed dashboards

• Prepare, assemble and analyse data to support visualisation initiatives

• Design, develop, optimise, publish and maintain dashboards and reports throughout their lifecycle

• Create clear data stories that support business decision-making

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to build sustainable, governed and reusable data solutions

• Promote data visualisation and reporting best practices

• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

• Coach junior Data Visualisation Specialists

• Document solutions and train users on effective use of reporting and visualisation tools

• Work within an Agile and multicultural environment

🛠️ What we're looking for

Must-have:

✅ 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics & Data Visualisation

✅ Strong experience designing dashboards and interactive reports

✅ Experience with Tableau and SAP BusinessObjects

✅ Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Access

✅ Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide / SAS EG

✅ Understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, data extraction and preparation

✅ Understanding of data governance, security and data strategy

✅ Previous experience in Banking / Financial Services

✅ Experience working in Agile environments

✅ Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills

Nice to have:

➕ Power BI

➕ Python

➕ Certification in Tableau, SAS EG, SAP or related technologies

➕ Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or another quantitative/analytics discipline

🌍 Languages

Fluency in all three is required:

🇬🇧 English
