Position Overview: The Regional Support Specialist provides on‑site operational support across multiple GOFO hubs, assisting with daily hub operations including package sorting, staffing coordination, productivity tracking, and service quality execution. This role collaborates with site‑level operations teams to monitor operational status, resolve on‑site issues, and align cross‑functional resources to maintain smooth, timely delivery. The hourly compensation range for this position is $22‑$25, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.


Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Build and optimize workforce efficiency models, sorting center data models, and site assessment models to enhance operational performance and decision‑making.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in‑depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvements.
  • Code Development: Write high‑quality, efficient, and maintainable code to support data processing, analysis, and model development.
  • Data Sensitivity: Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity to data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all analytical tasks.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and provide data‑driven solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a focus on logistics or supply chain management preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
