Retail Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, with post-campaign performance evaluation and ROI analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic to iSpace retail stores, including promotional campaigns and continuous performance monitoring.
• Develop joint marketing initiatives with partners to strengthen CRM activities and increase iSpace brand awareness.
• Manage relationships with banks and payment system providers: coordinate partnerships, launch and monitor joint marketing initiatives, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Organize marketing events, including store openings, workshops, training sessions, and other customer-focused activities.
• Participate in the launch of digital marketing campaigns, ensure proper execution, and evaluate advertising performance.
• Manage relationships with KOLs and influencers and assess the impact of influencer marketing activities.
• Collaborate with SMM partners to increase brand awareness across social media platforms and actively support the creation and delivery of relevant content.
• Prepare detailed briefs and technical specifications for POSM and other marketing materials.
• Analyze the performance of all marketing activities and provide recommendations for improving future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in marketing
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
