As our Finance Manager for Intrepid Silk Road, you’ll lead the day-to-day financial operations across our Central Asia region - from budgeting, cash flow, payroll and tax compliance to accounts payable, accounts receivable and management reporting. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the company financial ledger and ensuring our financial records remain accurate, and up to date.
Reporting to the Country Director (General Manager) and working closely with the Accountant, you’ll play a key role in financial compliance and business planning, helping shape the future of Intrepid in Central Asia.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Some of the experience you’ll bring to include:
- A degree in Accounting/ Finance or membership of CA/ ACCA.
- Minimum 5+ years in a professional Accounting or Finance role, including experience within the travel & tourism industry.
- Great communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), with hands-on experience in accounting software like D365.
