Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Integrator & Support Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tashkent. This position is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining CRM systems, ensuring that customer data and workflows are properly integrated with existing business processes. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams to gather requirements, customizing CRM functionalities, troubleshooting system issues, and providing end-user support and training. The role also involves monitoring system performance, documenting configurations and procedures, and coordinating with vendors or technical partners when necessary. The manager actively contributes to process optimization, data quality improvement, and the overall enhancement of customer relationship strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms and system integration, including configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Ability to provide user support and training, with clear communication and documentation skills.
- Understanding of customer relationship management principles and basic business process design.
- Relevant technical background (e.g., information systems, computer science, or similar field) is preferred.
- Prior experience in a CRM administration, implementation, or support role is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, along with strong interpersonal skills, will be beneficial.
