- Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for load, reliability metrics (SAIDI/SAIFI/CAIDI), and asset performance.
- Support demand forecasting, load research, and energy-efficiency/demand-response program analytics.
- Analyze outage and asset-health data to support predictive maintenance and grid-modernization initiatives.
- Prepare data for regulatory reporting and rate-case filings to public utility commissions.

- Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau, plus advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Hands-on experience with operational, sensor/meter, time-series, or customer data at scale.
- Strong analytical, data-storytelling, and stakeholder-communication skills.

- BI & visualization: Power BI (DAX, Power Query), Tableau, Excel.
- Utility data & systems: AMI/MDM platforms, SCADA/OT historians (OSIsoft PI exposure a plus), CIS/billing data.
- Geospatial & cloud: Esri ArcGIS, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure or AWS data services.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of energy markets, demand response, load forecasting, or renewable-integration concepts.
- Familiarity with reliability metrics (SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI) and regulatory reporting.
- Exposure to predictive maintenance or asset-analytics use cases.
- Certifications such as Microsoft PL-300, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus.
