Service Process Improvement Analyst

This role goes beyond reporting and dashboards. You will analyze service cases, root causes and corrective actions to uncover patterns, identify emerging issues and help translate data into meaningful product and process improvements.
Working at the intersection of Data, Service, Engineering, Quality and Product Management, you will help our teams better understand what is happening in the field—and what we can do about it.
What You'll Do
- Analyze service case data, root causes and corrective actions to identify recurring trends and patterns.
- Explore large and complex datasets to uncover opportunities to improve service performance and product reliability.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for Service, Engineering, Quality and Product Management teams.
- Develop approaches to automate pattern recognition and accelerate the identification of emerging service issues.
- Build reports, dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate trends, risks and opportunities.
- Establish meaningful metrics and analytical approaches to measure service and process performance.
- Support root-cause investigations with data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based Engineering, Product Management, Quality and Service teams to turn findings into measurable improvements.
- Partner with global Service Excellence and Data Management teams in Italy to ensure U.S. initiatives complement and support global processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, analytical processes and service workflows.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Service organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience analyzing large or complex datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data exploration and visualization.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R or similar analytical tools; Python experience strongly preferred.
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify patterns, investigate root causes and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
