please read before applying: This is a pro bono / volunteer role — unpaid, no salary or compensation of any kind. We work remote worldwide, but our core hours align with Germany (CET/CEST). German language skills are strongly preferred.

ABOUT KILL PARKINSON

Parkinson affects ca. 12 million families worldwide, and numbers are expected to grow significantly in the coming decades. Many of us, our families, or our children will be affected at some point.

Kill Parkinson is a non-profit, patient-led organisation based in Berlin. We are building a global Parkinson's Registry where people with Parkinson contribute their lived experience, therapy outcomes, and lifestyle data. This collective knowledge will be structured, analysed, and shared as open data with researchers worldwide.

Our work is driven by patients and powered by data. Everything we build is designed to make participation simple, meaningful, and scalable across countries and languages.

ROLE FOCUS

We are looking for a highly experienced Analytics & Reporting Specialist who can bring order to our fragmented data landscape. Our fundraising, website performance, donor conversion, newsletter growth, campaign attribution, and internal team operations currently live in isolated silos across many platforms. We need someone who can consolidate all of this into one comprehensive Management Dashboard — combining external marketing and fundraising KPIs with internal operational metrics from our team collaboration tools — and who works AI-first, using Claude (or comparable tools) as a natural part of their workflow.

This is not a role for someone building their first dashboard. We need a senior practitioner who has done this many times before and knows what "good" looks like.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You design and build a unified Management Dashboard consolidating all external and internal data into a single source of truth for leadership. You integrate marketing and fundraising metrics (website, donations, campaigns, newsletter, CRM) with internal operational metrics from Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, make.com, Salesforce and other internal tools.

You audit and fix current tracking gaps, particularly around donation conversion, attribution, and campaign performance.

You take ownership of our analytics stack and establish clean, scalable measurement architecture.

You define what we measure, what we ignore, and how we translate numbers into decisions.

You produce recurring reports and dashboards leadership and the wider team can actually act on — not vanity metrics.

OUR CURRENT STACK

External / marketing & fundraising:

Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager

WordPress (kill-parkinson.org, EN/DE)

Donorbox, PayPal (donations)

Salesforce (CRM & Newsletter subscriptions)

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facbook, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, etc

Internal / team operations:

Monday.com (project & task management)

Slack (team communication)

Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar)

Canva, Figma (design)

OUR AI-FIRST REALITY

Claude is a daily working partner across our organisation, connected via MCP to our core tools: Monday.com, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Canva, and Figma. We expect you to work in the same way — using AI to move faster, structure better, and free up time for judgment calls. If AI is not already a core part of how you build dashboards and analyze data, this role will not be a fit.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Several years of senior-level, hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and GTM

Proven track record of consolidating fundraising, e-commerce, or multi-source data into unified dashboards non-analysts actually use

Comfortable connecting payment and CRM platforms (Donorbox, PayPal, Salesforce NPSP) to reporting layers

Experience integrating internal collaboration tools (Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace) into operational reporting dashboards

Comfort with API-based data pipelines and reporting connectors (Supermetrics, Porter Metrics, or equivalent)

Native or fluent German strongly preferred; working English required

Nonprofit or fundraising analytics experience is a significant plus

Time zone aligned with Germany (CET/CEST)

TERMS

10–12 hours per week

Remote worldwide, Germany time zone

Ongoing, long-term pro bono engagement
