ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:
- Drive the team's data strategy and develop critical business analytics tools that turn data into accurate, relevant insights for business decisions and recommendations
- Create, develop, and maintain critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive business decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and communicate solutions to Asurion leadership and client partners
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and client partners
- Own and develop client reporting packages and supporting analytics
- Develop and deliver presentations on financial results to internal Asurion management
- Interpret data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, as well as factors that could affect analytical outcomes
- Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and thinking across the Program Management team
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Strong data analysis and data mining capabilities, including experience with relevant analytical tools
- High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted approaches for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation
- Applied knowledge of business and financial performance metrics, with the ability to diagnose and enhance product and operational performance through data
- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally across all levels of the organization
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to conceptualize alternatives, anticipate outcomes, and determine the best course of action
- Self-directed time management with the ability to support and assist others in their work
- Adaptable and resilient through change
- Accountable for individual and team performance, operating with a customer-first mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields is required: Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a Business / Finance related degree.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business, finance, or analytics
