Senior Data Analytics

1. Data Analytics & Insights

• Perform advanced data analysis to support business and operational decisions

• Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights and visualizations

• Work closely with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs and Power BI

2. Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across systems

• Support scalable data architecture for analytics and reporting

3. Visualization & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent tools

• Enable self-service analytics for business users

• Continuously improving reporting frameworks and KPIs

4. Systems & Integration

• Work with enterprise systems like SAP and databases (SQL-based)

• Support data extraction, transformation, and integration across platforms

• Contribute to IT/analytics projects, including system enhancements or refresh initiatives.

5. Business & Consulting Engagement

• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and analytics teams

• Translating business problems into data-driven solutions

• Provide consulting-oriented support with a hands-on approach

6. Solutioning & Project Delivery

• Understand end-to-end data requirements and propose scalable solutions

• Manage and deliver analytics projects independently or as part of a team

• Contribute to continuous improvement and capability building
