Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business, financial, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the dealer network.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business objectives and decision making.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by gathering data, monitoring progress, and providing analytical insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct research and root cause analysis to identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Measure and evaluate program performance and business outcomes to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and enhancement of dealer tools, resources, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and successful execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries that communicate findings, recommendations, and key business insights to stakeholders.
- Data & Analytical Literacy: You interpret data, metrics, or reporting to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure outcomes relevant to your role.
- Critical Thinking: You analyze information objectively, evaluate options, and apply sound judgment to solve problems and make informed decisions.
- Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, sales support, analytics, reporting, or a related field.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and business intelligence or reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and performance reporting preferred.
- Knowledge of dealer, retail, distribution, or channel-based business environments preferred.
- Travel may be required, up to 20% of the time.
