Position Overview

As Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of our sales team by providing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations. This role allow you to gain hands-on experience in sales analysis, data interpretation, and strategy formulation to enhance sales performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and set performance targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and market opportunities.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Utilize data visualization tools and software to create dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to address specific business questions or challenges.

Skills & Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Availability to work on-site (Parco Gessi, Serravalle Sesia, Piedmont).
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship in sales, marketing, or analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and data visualization tools desirable.
