To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Cologno Monzese (Milan), Italy.
The Role
You will become part of an international and collaborative team, playing a key role in managing and validating aircraft configuration data within Pacelab myCabin, our aircraft and cabin configuration software.
You will work closely with international clients and stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality while supporting the continuous evolution of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain aircraft configuration data within the software platform.
- Analyze technical documentation and transform information into structured data.
- Validate data quality and accuracy in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Support the improvement and optimization of data management processes.
- Gather customer requirements and provide support to international clients.
- Contribute to product development by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing new solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
- Knowledge of relational data models.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of C#.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and 3D models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Italian.
- Knowledge of German and/or French is considered a plus.

- Permanent employment contract with a gross annual salary ranging from €28,000 to €30,000, based on experience.
- Employment terms aligned with the Italian Metalworking Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
- Work location: Cologno Monzese (Milan), with a hybrid working model.
