Key Responsibilities
Deliverables of the function include on-time and effective delivery of:
- Field quality performance data and reporting, including Months‑in‑Service (MIS) indicators, warranty spend, inflow/outflow, and issue tracking data
- Standardized analytics and reports to support consistent visibility of performance across regions, plants, and products
- Actionable insight explaining performance evolution, including what changed, why performance is improving or deteriorating, and expected impact
- Clear identification of performance drivers, isolating key contributors by region, plant, product and subsystem
- Preparation of reporting materials and data inputs for governance forums (weekly KPI reviews, SLT, BoD, etc…)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or a related technical or quantitative discipline
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data analytics and intelligence within quality or similar operational environment
- Strong experience in automotive field quality, warranty, or performance analytics
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, gaps and key performance drivers, translating data into actionable insights
- Strong communication, able to present clear, fact‑based performance narratives and drive discussions across multiple levels in the organization
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Hands on experience with Palantir Foundry
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
