Location: MN- Oak Park Heights, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements from stakeholders
- Maintain and update data tracking tools, reports, and dashboards
- Validate data accuracy and ensure information is complete and reliable
- Analyze and summarize data to support business decision-making
- Assist with routine and ad hoc reporting requests
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items
- Support teams in utilizing Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Copilot where applicable
- Learn and apply emerging technologies to improve business processes and productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-1 years of business analysis, operations, or related experience
- Experience working with data, reporting, spreadsheets, or analysis projects through internships, coursework, or professional experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot preferred
- Exposure to Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools
- Internship or project experience involving business analysis, project tracking, or process improvement
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
