BI / Reporting Analyst (All Genders)
The company and business sits in a tightly regulated, high-stakes industry and is transitioning from small-batch production into full-volume manufacturing, this hire is central to making that jump work.
The Operations Excellence team reports into the COO's organization and acts as a strategic partner to managers, team leads, and colleagues throughout the company. They drive efficiency, scalability, and faster goal achievement by delivering data-backed insight, leading high-priority projects, and pushing continuous process improvement.
As an individual contributor on this team, you'll take full ownership of complex, high-impact initiatives. You'll work directly with stakeholders across the business, shape core operating processes, influence major decisions, and play a direct role in the growth of one of Europe's fastest-scaling company.
Your Mission
As BI/Reporting Analyst, you'll own the data infrastructure and visualization layer for our Operations Planning and Analytics team. That starts with mapping today's data landscape — where information lives across our ERP, MES, and PLM systems, and how it currently flows between them — then designing a structured way to store and move that data, replacing fragile, ad-hoc pipelines with systems that are maintainable and well-documented. Once that foundation is solid, you'll turn the data into reporting that operational teams and leadership can actually act on.
What You'll Do
- Audit our current data flows across ERP, MES, and PLM systems — understand what exists, where it's stored, and how it reaches reporting outputs
- Design a structured data storage and pipeline architecture, defining sources of truth, data models, and refresh schedules
- Build and maintain a reliable data warehouse and pipelines to replace manual CSV exports and one-off point-to-point connections
- Take ownership of data quality — define checks, document known issues, and make sure stakeholders can trust what they're looking at
- Document data models, pipeline logic, and reporting definitions, so nothing depends on tribal knowledge
- Partner with the Operations Planning and Analytics Lead to turn operational questions into well-structured data products
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI
- Hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse — Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Fabric
- Strong SQL skills — complex queries, performance tuning, views, and data models
- Experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
- Solid grasp of data modeling — both dimensional and relational approaches
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a build-from-zero environment, without an existing clean data model to fall back on
- A BSc in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
