We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Business Systems Analyst III to join our Information Technology team in Boone, NC (or another approved on-site location). Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In the role of PeopleSoft HCM Business Systems Analyst III, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
- Analyze business needs and recommend process, customer service, system, and policy improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and align with organizational objectives.
- Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements, coordinating with functional and technical teams to evaluate, test, approve, and implement solutions.
- Maintain and support business systems by coordinating upgrades and patches, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining system configurations and data integrity, and developing reports and queries to support business needs.
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives by applying data analysis, project coordination, change management, and effective stakeholder collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, procedures, and training materials while providing ongoing user support and staying current with emerging business systems, technologies, and industry practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and/or at least four (4) years of experience supporting enterprise business systems; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems and business processes, with experience supporting Human Resources, Payroll, Global Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, or related functional areas. Experience with application configuration, testing, deployment, business systems analysis, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze business requirements, document solution designs and process flows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute effectively within high-performing teams that support growing business and service demands.
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire.
