What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze end-to-end shipment data from booking through delivery using shipping systems, ERP platforms, carrier portals, and other data sources.
• Analyze shipment performance, including RDD, NOA, Hit Rate, On-Time Delivery, Transit Time, Lead Time, delays, and exceptions.
• Identify shipment trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and recurring issues; perform root-cause analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel reports for shipment monitoring, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and develop data models, visualizations, and automated reports using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Excel, and other analytics tools.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve shipment performance, operational efficiency, and logistics processes.

What we're looking for

• Experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large, multi-source datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and data automation.
• Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and data visualization.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, shipping systems, or carrier portals is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and performance gaps.
• Ability to translate complex shipment data into meaningful insights, KPIs, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
