Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on operations manager to join seissense & sense wellness and take ownership of the backend operations across two fast-growing brands.

The role

you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across logistics, supply chain, pricing, shopify, inventory, and reporting, while working closely with leadership to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain, from manufacturers to 3pl partners across bahrain & the uk.
• coordinate air and sea freight, shipments, inventory, and suppliers.
• own the shopify backend, including product listings, pricing, reviews, inventory, accuracy, and integrations.
• conduct competitor research and pricing analysis using excel.
• track sales, inventory, margins, and operational performance.
• prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• support marketing/media buying discussions with sales and product performance insights.
• identify operational gaps and proactively implement solutions.
  

Requirements

• proven experience as an operations manager, ideally within e-commerce, retail, fmcg, wellness, or consumer brands.
• strong excel and shopify skills.
• solid understanding of logistics, supply chain, inventory, and pricing.
• highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• strong ownership mindset — no hand-holding required.
