📢 We're Hiring: Senior Power BI Developer (Banking)

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards for Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Financing.
• Build and optimize scalable dimensional data models (Star Schema) to support high-performance reporting and analytics.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex DAX measures and calculations, ensuring excellent report performance over large datasets.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and prepare data from banking databases.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into impactful reporting solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on data visualization best practices and recommend the most effective analytical solutions.
• Implement and maintain Power BI governance, including Row-Level Security (RLS), workspace management, and report lifecycle best practices.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of Power BI solutions.
• Promote data governance standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and BI best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience developing enterprise Power BI solutions.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including report development, dashboard design, and semantic data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, including evaluation context, time intelligence, performance optimization, and complex calculations.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query performance tuning.
• Solid experience with Dimensional Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts, particularly Kimball methodology (Star Schema, Fact & Dimension tables).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable BI solutions.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and managing Power BI workspaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English (minimum C1).

Nice to Have:

• Experience within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments.
• Knowledge of Power BI governance, deployment pipelines, and workspace administration.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise reporting environments and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of KPI definition and executive reporting.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to challenge business requirements and propose the best analytical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality BI solutions.

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
