This position exists to analyze inventory performance, identify trends, investigate recurring issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve inventory accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and dashboards.
- Analyze recurring negative inventory and discrepancy trends.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with operations to reduce recurring inventory issues.
- Track corrective actions to closure and measure effectiveness.
- Support cycle count program analysis and optimization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Support BOM changes (Routings, allocations, etc. ) are set correctly by the responsible parties.
- Support manual consumption/backflush by sending follow ups to ensure MO closure.
- HSD
- 2-4 Years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Working knowledge of inventory management, Bill of Material, and inventory transactions
- Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of ERP system
- Analytical skills, proficient in problem-solving
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- SAP experience and advanced Microsoft excel skills
- CPIM certification earned through the APICS organization
- Experience with Lean principles
