About the Role

As a Premium Spirits Brand Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our premium spirits portfolio. You will work with world-renowned brands, create and execute marketing strategies, and drive business growth by delivering impactful brand initiatives and exceptional market presence.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, creativity, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze marketing trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and implement solutions to improve processes and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of business processes and initiatives.
• Drive direct and indirect promotion of the portfolio while ensuring in-depth knowledge of premium spirits brands.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure portfolio visibility across all relevant locations in line with agreed standards.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies and establish clear communication processes.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of proven experience in brand management and marketing strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in business English.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Passion for innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.

The position requires a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Employment is offered on a fixed-term contract of six months, with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term.
