Seeking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the business.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools
- Write complex SQL queries and perform data analysis
- Transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Partner with stakeholders to solve business challenges
- Support ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting best practices
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of BI, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst experience
- Must have strong SQL skills (joins, query writing, data analysis)
- Tableau and/or Power BI experience
- Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and reporting solutions
- Experience presenting insights to business stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Python
- Statistics or predictive modeling
- Finance, operations, or homebuilding industry experience
