YOUR ROLE

Group reporting

  • Coordinate Group-level Budget & Forecast cycles
  • Lead monthly closing coordination with Accounting/conso team (Cube & report)
  • Produce 3rd party reporting (bank, investment fund,…)
  • Oversee FTE report, staff cost monitoring incl. budget & forecast
  • Support Segment Analysts in department cost monitoring

Tools & Data ownership

  • Drive AI integration into FP&A workflows
  • Own Pigment platform — roadmap, deployment, and adoption
  • Manage BI integration and data flows
  • Master data governance: dept / CC / GCOA / mappings

Technical and project work

  • Impairment testing & Activity-Based Costing
  • Lead or support M&A integration work (budget vs. BP)
  • Support for special projects
  • Drive continuous improvement (issue log, lean, etc)

Cross team collaboration

  • Relay between Accounting, BUs, and FP&A Manager
  • ExCom & CVC reporting support
  • Mentor analysts on Group processes


YOUR PROFILE

  • AI Literacy — ability to integrate AI tools into FP&A workflows
  • 10+ years in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance roles
  • Proven track record owning Group / Consolidation perimeter
  • Experience in tool implementation (CPM / BI platforms)
  • M&A or integration project exposure is a plus
  • Master's in Finance, Economics, or Business Management
  • Gaming / entertainment industry experience is a strong plus
  • Autonomous & structured: runs processes end-to-end without close supervision
  • Continuous improvement mindset: automates, streamlines, and improves
  • Data integrity champion: rigorous on master data, mappings, reconciliations
  • Strong communicator: translates complex data for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborative: works cross-functionally with Accounting, BUs, and ExCom
  • Resilient: comfortable managing competing deadlines and project scope
  • Excel Expert — complex models, macro-free architecture, audit trail
  • CPM / BI Tools — Pigment (preferred), Power BI / SAP BO
  • ERP — SAP, D365 or equivalent (GL/CO/FI modules)
  • BE GAAP & IFRS familiarity; ISOC / VAT knowledge is a plus
