The North America Application Equipment Product Manager leads the product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and market performance of AGCO’s Application Equipment portfolio in North America. This includes RoGator®, TerraGator®, nutrient application systems, spraying technologies, and emerging precision application solutions. Acting as the voice of the customer and market, this role partners with Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Manufacturing, Precision Ag, Agronomy, Sales, Dealers, and Customers to identify opportunities, define product requirements, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that enhance customer productivity, sustainability, and profitability. The role is responsible for developing and executing regional product strategies aligned with AGCO’s global platform, technology, and brand strategies, and reports to the Director, Agronomy, Planting & Crop Care Product Management.
Your Impact
- Lead the North America Application Equipment product strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and portfolio performance. Define short-, medium-, and long-term product plans for RoGator®, TerraGator®, nutrient application, spraying, and precision application technologies.
- Identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitive threats, and emerging technology trends to guide portfolio decisions. Develop business cases, product investment proposals, and platform priorities that support profitable growth.
- Lead structured Voice of Customer activities with growers, retailers, commercial applicators, dealers, and internal stakeholders. Translate customer insights and market feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and development priorities.
- Partner with Engineering, Precision Ag, Agronomy, Commercial, Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales, Dealers, and Customers to deliver market-relevant solutions. Support product development, launch readiness, dealer enablement, product training, customer demonstrations, and go-to-market execution.
- Monitor market share, profitability, product performance, customer satisfaction, and competitive activity to recommend improvements. Ensure products deliver measurable value in productivity, input efficiency, application quality, sustainability, and customer profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the agricultural equipment industry.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: product management, application equipment, precision agriculture, agronomy, product marketing, sales, technical support, or engineering.
- Experience with application equipment, including self-propelled sprayers and nutrient application systems.
- Experience working with dealers, large growers, product launches, and precision agriculture technologies.

This role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO USA location (Jackson, MN) for a 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.
