As a Pricing and Revenue Consulting Senior Associate - TMT Sector, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on pricing strategies and profitability analysis. You will analyze pricing models, assess customer profitability, and offer guidance to help clients optimize pricing strategies, improve profitability, and maximize customer value. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting team within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, focusing on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will leverage your skills to analyze client needs and develop customer-centric solutions, enhancing the customer experience and driving business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within our Pricing, Promotions & Revenue Management practice, where you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing pricing models and assessing customer profitability to optimize pricing strategies
- Developing customer-centric solutions to enhance client experience and drive business growth
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to maximize customer value and improve profitability
- Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and solve problems
- Engaging in market share analysis and monitoring pricing trends to inform strategic decisions
- Managing project budgeting and resource allocation to support profitability management
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others
- Navigating complex situations and embracing change to grow personal brand and skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Utilizing analytical thinking for pricing strategy development
- Excelling in customer value maximization and profitability management
- Demonstrating proficiency in pricing software and promotional pricing
- Engaging in market share analysis and pricing trends evaluation
- Applying creativity and intellectual curiosity to business transformation
- Embracing change and fostering inclusion in team environments
- Developing insights through price/performance and profit and loss analysis
