Power Platform and AI Specialist

We’re seeking a Power Platform & AI Specialist to design, build, and support practical Microsoft-based solutions for managed services and client projects. You’ll partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot.

What You’ll Do

• Build and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
• Develop dashboards, reports, datasets, and semantic models using Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and support Copilot readiness, adoption, permissions, and governance.
• Integrate data from CRM, ERP, PSA, ticketing, and financial systems while maintaining secure access controls.
• Troubleshoot solution performance, refreshes, data accuracy, and user issues.
• Support requirements gathering, project scoping, estimates, user testing, training, and documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years of Power Platform, BI, Microsoft 365, or related client-facing technical consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Power Query, DAX, data modeling, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Copilot, AI use cases, intelligent automation, and governance considerations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business users and stakeholders.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managed services, consulting, or professional services.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, data gateways, refresh management, and workspace administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or Microsoft reporting tools.
• Microsoft Power Platform or AI certifications.
