  • Improve the reliability, speed, and success rates of payment processing across multiple payment rails
  • Design and optimize payment journeys for transfers, collections, bill payments, and other banking transactions
  • Work closely with Engineering to define product requirements, write PRDs, prioritize the backlog, and drive execution
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Banking Partners to ensure smooth payment processing and regulatory compliance
  • Improve reconciliation, settlement, transaction monitoring, and operational workflows
  • Analyze payment performance and customer behavior to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization
  • Drive integrations with banks, payment processors, and financial infrastructure providers
  • Bring practical best practices from leading fintechs and digital banks operating in emerging markets

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile product environments
  • Ability to translate business problems into detailed product requirements and drive execution
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with African payment ecosystems, particularly Nigeria, is a strong advantage

Benefits

  • Growth: thrive in a fast paced work environment with flexibility, collaboration, and access to cutting-edge tools
  • Purpose: shape the future of fintech in Nigeria with products that reach millions, backed by a competitive salary and performance bonus
  • Community: diverse, inclusive team where all voices are valued, and professional growth is a priority
