Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Iyana Ipaja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to drive the organization’s digital demand generation, customer acquisition, and marketing automation initiatives.
• The role will oversee the full digital customer journey, from website engagement and lead generation to qualification, nurturing, conversion, and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Experience, SEO & Conversion:

• Optimize websites, landing pages, forms, chat experiences, and conversion paths to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Conduct regular SEO, UX, CRO, website performance, and conversion audits.
• Work with web developers to implement website improvements, tracking, personalization, and progressive data capture.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Lead Generation & Marketing Automation

• Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and retargeting.
• Build automated lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, and qualification workflows.
• Implement lead routing and response processes using CRM and automation platforms.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.

CRM, MarTech & Revenue Operations

• Manage and optimize CRM, marketing automation, website, advertising, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Integrate marketing technology systems to improve data flow, attribution, automation, and reporting.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and accurate tracking across marketing channels.
• Evaluate and implement relevant AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Track and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, website traffic, lead quality, and acquisition cost.
• Analyze the performance of digital campaigns, landing pages, and the overall marketing funnel.
• Provide end-to-end attribution and identify channels and campaigns driving qualified opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing CRM, MarTech, marketing automation, and analytics systems.
• Demonstrated success improving website conversion rates, lead quality, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI.
• Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and demand generation; experience within construction, engineering, facility management, manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proximity to work location is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
