Senior Business Analyst

The role is responsible for driving data-driven decision making through deep-dive analytics and business insights. The role focuses on solving business problems, identifying growth opportunities, and uncovering the underlying drivers behind business and customer performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify root causes, trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Answer critical business questions by uncovering the “why” behind customer and business performance.
• Translate business problems into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Extract, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, SAS, or similar scripting tools.
• Develop insights to support decision making.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and communicate findings effectively.
• Monitor key business metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Any other relevant adhoc tasks as per assigned by Supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, SAS, R).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
