Sustainability Intern

Are you passionate about sustainability and want to gain insight into how a leading activewear brand works strategically and practically with environmental and social responsibility? We are now looking for a driven and curious intern to join Casall!

As a Sustainability Intern, you will be part of our sustainability work and contribute to key projects – including climate calculations. You will gain hands-on experience in how sustainability is integrated across the value chain and within the organization, including but not limited to areas such as product development, logistics and compliance. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, giving you broad exposure to sustainability in practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Support Casall’s internal work on climate impact assessments and related sustainability data collection
• Assist in developing and improving tools for climate calculations and sustainability performance tracking
• Collect and distribute various certificates
• Contribute with research and benchmarking to support decision-making within sustainability strategy
• Take part in cross-functional collaboration with other departments such as Product Development and Logistics
• Participate in meetings and workshops related to sustainability and product development
• Provide administrative support where needed, including updating documents and collecting supplier data

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an education on college or university level within a related field such as sustainability or textiles
• Internship (LIA) must be part of your studies and last a minimum of 10 weeks
• The internship period should take place during fall 2026 or spring 2027
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel or similar tools is a plus
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments and manage supplier relationships effectively.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This internship is based in our Stockholm office, with the possibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week. You will report to the Assortment Development & Sustainability Manager.
