What you'll do...What you'll do:
- Lead development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies to meet operational and customer requirements.
- Design, test, and validate business intelligence solutions and reporting tools to support data accuracy and regulatory needs.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights, statistical models, and risk assessments for key stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate project goals, timelines, and deliverables for analytics initiatives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
- Foster continuous improvement by evaluating new reporting technologies and methodologies.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, data mining, and data-driven decision making to support complex business objectives.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing to develop and maintain robust reporting solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing long-term analytics projects with effective stakeholder communication.
- Ability to design and implement compliance reporting strategies aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Skilled in developing business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and statistical models to deliver actionable insights.
- Demonstrated capability in managing data accuracy, security awareness, and system documentation.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
