Strategy Analyst E-Commerce

It is our mission to enable people to live independently at home. For one, we help families get reimbursed for taking care of their family members. For another, we supply these families with the necessary homecare products, such as incontinence products.

Pflegewegweiser Shop is a start-up within a start-up. We are building an e-commerce business from scratch — which means short decision paths, direct communication, and the freedom to actually shape how things get built, instead of just managing what already exists. What you'll do

• Own the numbers: Analyze our sales data, spot trends and patterns, and translate them into assortment decisions including purchasing volumes and pricing.
• Find & build supplier relationships: Actively scout new suppliers and manufacturers, negotiate terms, and build long-term partnerships.
• Purchasing & procurement: Own our ordering processes and make sure our product range is always available, competitively sourced, and ready to ship.
• Regulatory & registration: Handle the registration of vendors and products according to Swiss import and approval requirements (incl. MiGeL listing, BAG requirements) and keep everything properly documented.
• Cross-functional work: Work closely with purchasing, customer service, and leadership, and feed your insights directly into operational decisions.

What you bring

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets and spreadsheets to derive clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or a comparable role in e-commerce
• Negotiation skills and genuine enjoyment of building new business relationships
• Familiarity with Swiss healthcare and import regulations (KVG, MiGeL, customs requirements) are a plus
• Independent, structured way of working — with us, you take on responsibility from day one
• Language skills: German, English, other languages are a plus
