- Serve our store operations teams by providing merchandising plans which are clearly communicated and executable.
- Professionally collaborate and communicate with both internal and external business partners.
- Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
- Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs.
- Monitoring and reporting on pricing performance and competitiveness.
- Analysing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis.
- Developing pricing proposals for new products and services
- Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors.
- Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions
- Staying updated with pricing best practices and market dynamics
- Work with various Price Optimization programs.
- All employees are expected to actively participate and contribute to after-hours events throughout the year. This includes company parties, store visits, and other relevant activities scheduled outside of regular working hours. Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to create, analyse, interpret, and report analysis results.
- Exceptional team mentoring skills.
- Possess a strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
- Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision makers.
- Identify marketing strategies to increase profits.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of creativity and leadership qualities.
- Lead by example
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of appropriate industry related experience.
