Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• End-to-end development of a data warehouse, including data modeling, pipeline creation, and integration of source systems.

• Consolidate key data signals across the customer journey, encompassing portal interactions, ticketing, CRM, ERP, and product telemetry.

• Establish unified and reproducible KPI logic for core operational metrics such as NPS, first contact resolution, and MTTR.

• Design and implement user-centric dashboards and reports for support, service delivery, and group IT functions.

• Create clean data structures to support AI/automation initiatives and robust management reporting.

• Leverage AI and LLMs for pattern detection, anomaly surfacing, and natural language access to operational data.

What You'll Need

• Several years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data intelligence with a focus on scalable data models and ETL/ELT processes.

• A strong academic background in computer science, data science, information systems, statistics, or a related field.

• Practical experience with modern data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or dbt in a production environment.

• Strong BI and data visualization skills, with the ability to develop dashboards in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Experience integrating CRM, ERP, and ITSM systems, with proficiency in AI-driven analytics for pattern and anomaly detection.
